Lucia Care therefore has the option to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures and similar situations. Binding order confirmation \/ invoice will not be sent to you until we have shipped\u00a0your order. You will automatically receive an e-mail stating which items you have ordered. This is only an electronic receipt for receipt of your order and is not a legally binding order confirmation. The agreement is only binding once you have received an email from Lucia Care with information that your order has been shipped.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.\u00a0Payment<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>At Luciacare.com\u00a0you can pay with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay. No fee is charged. In connection with the payment transaction being completed, your payment information will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been processed. Your payment and card information is stored with our payment provider as well as a certified partner in connection with a crowdfunding campaign. When paying\u00a0with a payment\u00a0card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Lucia Care\u2019s payment provider. Lucia Care does not have access to your payment information.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.\u00a0Delivery<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>We offer delivery\u00a0using\u00a0GLS.<\/p>\n<p>Within EU:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For orders under 150 EUR: Shipping is 13 EUR.<\/li>\n<li>For orders 150 EUR and over: Shipping is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Outside EU:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For orders under 150 EUR: Shipping is 20 EUR.<\/li>\n<li>For orders 150 EUR and over: Shipping is free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Expected delivery time is 2-5 business days, however, pre-orders will have a longer delivery time. The delivery time is stated under the individual item. If you order several items, some of which are for delivery later, you will only receive your order when all items are in stock. If you instead wishto receive items immediately, we recommend that you make separate orders.<\/p>\n<p>During busy periods it may take longer to process your order.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping is free of charge in Denmark to parcel pickup locations.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.\u00a0Return and Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When you shop\u00a0at Luciacare.com\u00a0you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 30 days.<\/p>\n<p>The withdrawal period expires 30 days after;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The day you receive\u00a0your item or<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of\u00a0the last item if your order contains pre-orders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You must notify us within 30 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by contacting customer service at info@luciacare.com.\u00a0<strong>Remember to state your order number<\/strong>. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of this page.<\/p>\n<p>You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item or not\u00a0collecting\u00a0it\u00a0from\u00a0the parcel\u00a0pickup location\u00a0without at the same time giving us\u00a0a\u00a0clear notice of this.<\/p>\n<p>The following products\u00a0are exempt from the right of\u00a0cancellation:<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of\u00a0products\u00a0which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable\u00a0to be\u00a0returned\u00a0and where the\u00a0packaging\u00a0has been broken\u00a0following\u00a0delivery.<\/p>\n<p id=\"returnering\"><strong>4.1.\u00a0Return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must\u00a0return the items\u00a0without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase.<\/p>\n<p>Upon return, you are responsible for the items\u00a0being packed properly. You bear the risk for the\u00a0items\u00a0until we receive it.\u00a0Thus, keep the\u00a0receipt and\u00a0any\u00a0track and trace number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.2.\u00a0The condition of the item for return<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item\u2019s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words \u2013 you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.<\/p>\n<p>Items without a seal that have been\u00a0opened,\u00a0are considered used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you\u00a0may\u00a0only\u00a0receive part of or no refund.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.3.\u00a0Refund and return of the item<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you regret your purchase, you will of course\u00a0receive a refund, including delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:<\/p>\n<p>If you have purchased several items in one order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.<\/p>\n<p>If you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, the difference will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a\u00a0decrease in value\u00a0for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. The\u00a0return order will be processed\u00a0faster if you also fill out our standard cancellation form, which you will find below.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that we do not accept parcels\u00a0sent\u00a0per\u00a0cash on delivery or by direct contact.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.\u00a0Right of Warranty\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>When you shop at Luciacare.com, you have a 24 month\u00a0legal warranty if you have purchased\u00a0a product which proves to\u00a0be\u00a0faulty.
