Placing an order<\/strong><\/h4><div class=\"wp-block-group\"><p>Placing an order through our website is not a legally binding agreement. Lucia Care therefore reserves the right to cancel your order due to printing errors, technical problems, delivery failures, and similar situations. A binding order confirmation\/invoice will only be sent to you once we have dispatched your order. You will automatically receive an email detailing the items you have ordered. This is solely an electronic receipt for the confirmation of your order and is not a legally binding order confirmation. The agreement only becomes binding when you receive an email from Lucia Care informing you that your order has now been dispatched.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group\"><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Payment<\/strong><\/h4><p>On Luciacare.com, payment can be made with the following payment cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, MobilePay. No fee is charged. In connection with the payment transaction being processed, your payment details will be stored until the individual payment transactions have been completed. Your payment and card details are stored with our payment provider. When paying by payment card, your details are sent directly and SSL-encrypted to Lucia Care's payment provider. The notification must be given by contacting customer service at <a href=\"mailto:info@luciacare.com\">info@luciacare.com<\/a>. <strong>Remember to provide your order number<\/strong>. In your notice, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our <a href=\"#returns\">Standard Cancellation Form<\/a>, which you'll find at the bottom of these terms.<\/p><p>You cannot cancel your order by simply refusing to accept the item or by not picking it up at the parcel shop without simultaneously providing us with clear notification of this.\u00a0<\/p><p>The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:<\/p><p>1. Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been broken after delivery,<\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group\"><p id=\"returnering\"><strong>4.1. Returns<\/strong><\/p><p>You must return your goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase.<\/p><p>When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring it is properly packaged. You bear the risk for the package\/items until we receive it. Therefore, keep the postage receipt and any tracking number.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group\"><p><strong>4.2. Condition of the goods when you return them<\/strong><\/p><p>You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words \u2013 you can test the goods in the same way as if you were testing them in a physical store.<\/p><p>Goods without seals that have been tried beyond what is described above will be considered used, meaning that if you regret the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group\"><p><strong>4.3. Refund of the purchase price and return of the item<\/strong><\/p><p>When returning a purchased item due to withdrawal, you must pay the shipping costs yourself.<\/p><p>If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid us back, including delivery costs. However, this does not apply in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>If you have purchased multiple items together in one order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the shipping costs.<\/li><\/ul><p>In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price. If you return the purchased item in case of regret, you will have to bear the costs for this yourself.<\/p><p>We will refund your payment within 14 days of the date we receive your returned item(s). What should I send back?<\/strong><\/p><p>You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. This means that you are generally entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.<\/p><p>Naturally, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"wp-block-group\"><p><strong>How do I advertise?<\/strong><\/p><p>If you wish to advertise a product, please contact our customer service at <a>info@luciacare.com<\/a> We kindly ask you to send us a detailed description of the error, as well as a picture of the error.\u00a0<\/p><p>Complaints can be expected to be processed within 7 business days.<\/p><p>You must complain within \u201da reasonable time\u201d after discovering the defect in the item.
