With a Flex subscription, you get your favorite products delivered every 2 months with 10 % % off. There are no strings attached, and you can pause, skip, switch products, and cancel within My Account.<\/p>

2. How the Flex subscription works<\/strong><\/h4>

You create the subscription by selecting \u201eSubscription\u201c on a product or set and going to the checkout. Your first order is treated as a regular purchase, and then we send the same products every 2 months.<\/p>

The subscription is linked to your customer account. Under My account, you can always view your products, your price, and the date of the next delivery. We call this the renewal date.<\/p>

You will receive an order confirmation email every time a new delivery is created.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3. Price and discounts<\/strong><\/h4>

You receive 10 % discounts on our regular price for the products included in your subscription. The discount is calculated each time you receive delivery based on the price applicable on the renewal date.<\/p>

The subscription discount does not impose any restrictions. When you create your subscription, you are free to use discount codes, points and other discounts together with the 10 %. Whether a discount also applies to subsequent deliveries is stated in the individual discount.<\/p>

4. Payment and renewal<\/strong><\/h4>

You pay with the payment method you choose when you create the subscription. Your card details are stored securely with our payment provider, and Lucia Care does not have access to them.<\/p>

This is how each delivery works:<\/p>

  1. On the renewal date, we create your order and reserve the amount on your card.<\/li>
  2. We pack and send your order.<\/li>
  3. The amount is increased when the order is shipped.<\/li><\/ol>

    You only pay for the deliveries that we actually send.<\/p>

    If the payment cannot be processed<\/strong><\/p>

    If your card has expired or the amount cannot be reserved, we will not process the order. You will receive a notification via email that the delivery is awaiting a valid card.<\/p>

    You update your card in My Account. Once done, we process the order and send it to you. Your subscription then continues as normal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    5. Delivery<\/strong><\/h4>

    We ship with GLS. Shipping prices and estimated delivery time follow our Terms of business<\/a>. In Denmark, delivery to GLS Pakkeshop is always free.<\/p>

    You can change the delivery address in My Account. The change will take effect from the next delivery that has not yet been created.<\/p>

    If a product in your subscription expires or is out of stock for an extended period of time, we will contact you. You can then choose another product, skip the delivery, or cancel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    6. Pause, skip, change and termination<\/strong><\/h4>

    You decide yourself about your subscription under My Account. There is no commitment and no fee.<\/p>
